REQUIRED SKILLS :

• Familiarity in deploying ASPICE, CMMI and/or ISO 9001 process standards
• Worked as Process/QA coordinator for projects

ADDED ADVANTAGE :

• Experience in embedded/ automotive/ avionics domains
• Agile methods

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Understanding of organizational quality management system
• Coaching project teams on process requirements specific to projects
• Assisting PM in creating and maintaining project plans and project-specific templates aligning with organizational QA processes
• Monitoring process adherence by projects throughout the project life cycle from kick-off till closure and reporting deviations
• Review of project artifacts and releases to customer
• Collecting process and product data periodically and end of project
• Updating of process artifacts as part of process improvement
