We are looking for Senior Power Electronics Design Engineer to develop digital gate drivers for high voltage switching converters & Inverters using Silicon Carbide or Silicon IGBT power modules.  Qualified candidates will have proficiency to work with development and integration team for various Gate driver products and be responsible for qualifying the new driver and integrating it to various  SiC Modules.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Power Electronics Engineering with 5-6 years minimum work experience
